Year Round Hair Stylist Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and motivated person to join our busy salon to support our stylists and help deliver an exceptional salon experience for our clients!  A positive attitude and willingness to learn is a must!  

      Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients and providing great customer service
  • Preparing clients for color, haircut, and styling services
  • Assisting stylists with their services
  • Maintaining salon cleanliness
  • Stocking supplies and organizing stations
  • Working together with other assistants

Seasonal Front Desk Coordinator

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional person to join our reception team for our busy summer season! Preferably May through September. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays an important part in creating a welcoming salon experience.

      Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients, checking them in for their services, and making sure they are aware of where to go
  • Learning the different types of services, scheduling appointments, and managing the salon calender
  • Answering phones and promptly responding to messages and email requests
  • Keeping the reception and waiting area clean and organized
  • Supporting stylists and assisting with daily salon operatives
 
      Qualifications:
 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer and scheduling software skills
  • Reliable, professional, and positive attitude
  • Previous salon or customer service experience preferred

  • Experience providing Manicure & Pedicure Services
  • Experience with Gel (Shallac) Polish application and removal
